It's super easy to get started on your global culinary adventure...
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
Your part is simple, just sign up to The Tour (joining us on these fortnightly cook-alongs) and keep us in the loop of any destinations you want to miss (it's £60 per cook-along for two people, you can skip any and opt out anytime)
WHAT WE DO
We then handle the prep, packing and delivery of your beautiful ingredients, and live stream directly into your kitchens in order for you to cook-along.
Of course, the most important responsibility lies in your hands: the eating of the feast. The best bit!
Next stop: Indigenous Outback
We're heading down under to one of Ryan's favourite places. This menu is all about the flavours of smoke and fire. You'll take native Aussie ingredients, as well as a few home grown ones, and taste flavours we promise will surprise you in the best way. From miso and coffee lamb to grilled kales and sheep's milk cheese - expect the unexpected as you cook a taste of the Outback at home.
You told us you loved wine pairings and we listened! We couldn't go to Australia without a proper tipple, so Lottie has picked out a superb Tasmanian Pinot Noir to pair with the menu. See below and join us to taste live!

A box of ingredients for two people
We’re opening our little black book, introducing you to top-quality ingredients sourced from our network of artisan suppliers (exciting produce which is hard to find on the high-street). Each menu created by Ryan features a selection of hero ingredients (things like wagyu beef and organic lamb shoulder) as well as magic ingredients (Rocket-made rubs, marinades, sauces and spices) to give every dish that extra edge.
While each cook-along is livestreamed, after they've aired you'll have unlimited access to watch them whenever you want to recreate a little A Cook's Tour magic again.

Pop-up: Wine Festival Online cook-along with wine pairing
Join us and the Wine Festival Online team on Saturday 28th November for an A Cook's Tour exclusive!
We've teamed up with Susie Barrie (Master of Wine) to bring you a 30-minute cook-along special. Ryan is going to be joined by Susie live to cook up an Italian feast (think truffle risotto and radicchio salad) expertly paired with two wines to take you across the Italian landscape this lockdown.
