Behind the Tour

A Cook’s Tour started as the lockdown brainchild of prestigious London caterer Rocket. With their usual exuberant parties on pause, they embarked on a new project in fine food and entertaining, working with chefs to explore culinary hotspots around the world without leaving home.

Now entering A Cook’s Tour’s second series, Rocket is still the backbone to the experience. Rocket’s development team work hand in hand with our guest chefs in developing and producing the menus to their exacting specification. Rocket work with the chefs sourcing the very best ingredients and create all the delicious stocks, rubs, sauces and marinades at our kitchen in Battersea, so you don’t have to.
